We collect personal information about you (such as your name, postal address, email address, phone numbers, date of birth, payment details) when you sign up to participate in or receive a service from us, such as request for a “call me back”, getting a quote or reserve a unit online or face to face if you come to our storage facility to sign an agreement.
As part of our customers’ onboarding process and pursuant to Shurgard’s legitimate business interests, we will also collect and process personal data pertaining to your identity, including pictures of your identity card, in order to identify you, verify your identity and ensure that you are not subject to any national or international sanctions regime.
