  The prices for our units are VAT exclusive. VAT is only applicable for business customers.
• Who can access my storage unit?
  You are the only person who can access your storage unit. You may also authorise someone else to access your unit on your behalf.
• How secure is my storage unit at Shurgard?
  At Shurgard we take security seriously. All our self-storage facilities have:

  • strategically placed digital CCTV cameras
  • alarms monitored by an external security team
  • sensor lighting
  • perimeter fencing
  • PIN coded electronic gates
  • individual storage units with specifically designed secure locks.
• Do I need to pay when reserving a storage unit?
  No, you only start paying when you sign your rental contract.
• Do I need to pay a security deposit when renting a storage unit at Shurgard?

  Sure, you can indicate your move-in date when reserving your storage unit at Shurgard. We will hold the unit, the price and promotion for you for 30 days.  If the move in date is more than 30 days away, we can only reserve the availability of the unit, not the price or promotion.
• How do I reach Shurgard Norrköping by car?
  Take Stockholmsvägen (Road 55). When you reach the roundabout at MAX hamburger restaurant, turn right at the first exit (if you are coming from the north) or turn left at the third exit (if you are coming from the south) and continue onto Koppargatan. Take the first exit at Preem.
• What are the differences between access hours and office hours?
  Office opening hours is when the office is open if you want to sign your contract or talk to one of our Shurgard Norrköping staff in person. Access hours is when you have access to your storage unit.
