  The prices for our units are VAT exclusive. VAT is only applicable for business customers.
• Who can access my storage unit?
  You are the only person who can access your storage unit. You may also authorise someone else to access your unit on your behalf.
• How secure is my storage unit at Shurgard?
  At Shurgard we take security seriously. All our self-storage facilities have:

  • alarms monitored by an external security team
  • sensor lighting
  • perimeter fencing
  • PIN coded electronic gates
  • individual storage units with specifically designed secure locks.
• Do I need to pay when reserving a storage unit?
  No, you only start paying when you sign your rental contract.
• Do I need to pay a security deposit when renting a storage unit at Shurgard?
  No, unlike other self-storage providers, Shurgard never asks for a deposit when you rent a storage unit with us.
• How do I reserve a storage unit at Shurgard Stockholm Vanadis?
  Simply select one of the storage units at Shurgard Stockholm Vanadis above to make a reservation. We only need your name, e-mail and telephone number. Alternatively call our staff at Shurgard Stockholm Vanadis and we’ll happy to help you.
• Can I reserve a storage unit at Shurgard now and start renting in 2 months’ time?
  Sure, you can indicate your move-in date when reserving your storage unit at Shurgard. We will hold the unit, the price and promotion for you for 30 days.  If the move in date is more than 30 days away, we can only reserve the availability of the unit, not the price or promotion.
• How do I reach Shurgard Stockholm Vanadis by car?
  Turn onto Sveavägen via Norrtull and then right onto Vanadisvägen.
• What are the differences between access hours and office hours?
  Office opening hours is when the office is open if you want to sign your contract or talk to one of our Shurgard Stockholm Vanadis staff in person. Access hours is when you have access to your storage unit.
• Can I buy moving boxes or packing supplies at Shurgard?
  Yes, we sell a wide range of moving boxes and packing materials at any Shurgard reception office. These include bubble wrap, tape and protection covers.
