Great service from the guys, Epsom doesn’t have an office so had to go to the Surbiton one which isn’t bad, everything was signed and sorted within 5 minutes and when it came to leaving everything was just as efficient. Had to extend my leaving date 6 days past my invoice due date but I spoke to the guys in Surbiton and they sorted it all so I only paid for those 6 days. Could not recommend them enough! Thanks guys

Site was clean. Very happy with everything so far. Pricing a lot cheaper than other storage companies in the area. Glad I made the choice to move over.

Chris was excellent - helpful above and beyond, patient, kind and sought the best storage size and the best deal for me.
Moving is very stressful and Chris helped me sort one part of the puzzle, so that I was confident to entrust my business to Shurguard.
The deals are excellent and the flexibility really reassuring with the uncertainty of house move completion dates.

Shurgard Epsom is a very secure place to store your stuff. I had a great experience with Chris who was very helpful, professional and a great guide for a first-time user like me.
The place looks very clean and secure. You use Shurgard's mobile application for entry from the main gate, to the elevator (if you’re not on the ground floor like me)to your storage unit. Instructions given were very clear and simple.

Paul was very friendly and helpful - and patient when we had lengthy trouble signing up for the lock app on the mobile phone (it forces a password symbol but doesn't like "£" and doesn't say so when rejecting the password 😉). Paul showed us the default storage unit we had reserved before we proceeded with the rental and found us an alternative unit with more light to help us organise our contents during storage. Had a really good experience at Shurgard in Epsom. The staff were super efficient and attentive and very kind and considerate. They went through the paperwork quickly, it was reasonably priced and it all went like clockwork on the day. Would really recommend as they also have increased security so I feel confident about the security at the storage facility.

Chris has been amazing. Showed me several units and didnt hassle me when I wanted to compare sizes again.
When I was being a bit slow working out all.the security trying to get in he took extra time to walk me through it and set up the App for me.

Really helpful and friendly service. Easy to access unit ( they have both drive up units and indoor ones). Incredibly quick and efficient to get keys and access on first visit. Simple out of hours access - can use an app on your phone or traditional keypad entry to site. Overall excellent storage facility

Very professional staff. Chris has explained and answered all my queries. He reallocated a storage near the lift which will make my journey shorter and storing easier. The other storage company just cannot beat Shurgard price.

Above and beyond customer service! Nicola was so helpful and friendly, answering all of the questions we asked. She also put a lot of effort in finding the cheapest option available to us at the time, to ensure we wouldn't be wasting money on renting too big of a storage unit that would be mostly empty

Wanted to express our appreciation for the excellent customer service we received from Chris, at Shurgard, Ewell, on that, 6th October. He was extremely helpful in guiding us through our storage options, moving from a smaller to larger unit. He was efficient, and obliging - all done with a pleasant, smiling and friendship manner. He is a credit to Shurgard! (5 stars are not enough, deserves at least 10!!)

Chris went above and beyond to help us today. He helped us to find the best space and best deal for our needs. He showed several option spaces and did not pushed us to rent more space than we needed, which was amazing. He allowed us to take time to think and reassured us that he would find an option in case the space we rent was not sufficient. We will definitely be coming back.
