  At Shurgard Edgware you will get access to your storage unit 7 days a week, parking at the facility, expert advice and customer service on-site, plus free use of our trolleys.
• Who can access my storage unit?
  You are the only person who can access your storage unit. You may also authorise someone else to access your unit on your behalf.
• How secure is my storage unit at Shurgard?
  At Shurgard we take security seriously. All our self-storage facilities have:

  • strategically placed digital CCTV cameras
  • alarms monitored by an external security team
  • sensor lighting
  • perimeter fencing
  • PIN coded electronic gates
  • individual storage units with specifically designed secure locks
• Is there a minimum rental period?
  You can rent your storage unit for as short as one week. Just inform our staff about your planned move out date when you sign your contract.
• Do I need to pay when I reserve a storage unit online?
  No, you only start paying when you sign your rental contract.
• Do I need to pay a security deposit when renting at Shurgard?
  No, unlike other self-storage providers, Shurgard never asks for a deposit when you rent a storage unit with us.
• How do I reserve a storage unit at Shurgard Edgware?
  Simply select one of the storage units at Shurgard Edgware above to make a reservation. We only need your name, e-mail and telephone number. Alternatively call our staff at Shurgard Edgware on 0208 951 6260 and we’ll happy to help you.
• Can I reserve a storage unit at Shurgard Edgware now and start renting in 2 months’ time?
  Of course, when reserving your storage unit, you can indicate your move-in date. Our staff at Shurgard Edgware will hold the unit, the price and promotion for you for 30 days. If the move in date is at least 2 months away, we can only reserve the availability of the unit not the price or promotion.
