We spoke with Jalexia today who helped us book a 65 foot unit after her expert advise to upgrade from our plans for a 55 foot as she correctly advised that the later may not have been enough. Following our interaction with Jalexia we are full of confidence with our term with Shurgard.

From first making a few weeks back to arranging a reservation and viewing and going ahead and moving in today, I gotta say that shurgard customer service seems to be really top notch. Everyone I've dealt with really knows the ins and outs of their job, answers all my questions and no one ever said "erm...I need to ask my manager". Furthermore, I've really liked the brotherly dudely staff I've spoken to, who seem genuine rather than over the top politeness that feels like speaking to a robot following a script. Mansoor from the contact center was fantastic and informative, really helped me with my decision, and giving great advice, and answering my initial questions. Tony was great from the contact centre was great at booking me in and answered all my further questions. Khalid and Ryan in the Bow office were great at showing me around and making me understand everything, I really appreciate the great service and support and look forward to seeing these faces in and out of using the storage!
