Very good service. Looked for home moving storage place and booked an appointment to view the actual room I'm gonna get. Khalid spoke with me and showed me the space, and he is very friendly and helpful.

The Manger Benil was excellent at helping me on Saturday when I wanted to transfer storage units but I physically couldn't do it that day due to time available and level of physical energy that day. I was so tired! She sorted it all out for me and arranged for me to be able to come back on Monday and proceed with the move and I also got to view other storage units too as I needed something a bit bigger and wider. Benil delivered First Class service all the way and nothing was too much for her to do. And her colleague was super helpful, who showed me the other units.
They both make a great team. 5 star service from both the Manager and team member. Thank you. It can be stressful when it comes to your belongings Eps when you care about, not only their safety but the quality of conditions they are being kept in to ensure nothing gets damaged whilst in storage.
