Access hours
You can access your storage unit during the access hours of your facility.
Please leave our premises before end of access hours to avoid triggering the alarm. If this happens, costs for the security guard intervention of £100 will be charged to you.

Make use of our trolleys
Feel free to make use of our trolleys to transport your items to your storage unit.
Please return the trolley to the trolley bay after use. If a trolley is found in a storage unit by our tracker system, we will apply a charge of £200 to that customer.
What you can and can't store
While you can store almost any household stuff, there are some things you cannot store, e.g. food and perishable items.

Disposal of waste
To keep the site clean, we ask you to not leave any waste or other unused items behind during your stay.
The costs for the removal of waste left behind is £50 per cubic metre.
Moving out
Please leave your storage unit clean, empty and with the door open.
Keep the lock and keys for the next time you rent with us.
