Really impressed with the service I got today from Dave and his colleagues at Shurgard Oldbury. Dave was extremely helpful going through the sign up process and took the time to understand exactly what would best suit my storage needs and also showed me a sample room before I signed up. He also explained that they could help in the future if my needs changed and I wished to downsize. The pricing was really clear and the place itself feels bright and secure - I left a happy customer confident my stuff would be okay there - Tim

Me and my partner used this Storage facility for over a year. There are a number of storage sizes that were offered. It's kept clean and well maintained. Has equipment there to use for transporting boxes etc. Our storage was kept safe, and secure. Staff are friendly and approachable. We highly recommend. Thank you.

When I came to Shurguard I met Louise at the front desk. She was so lovely and welcoming. I highly recommend this Shurgard storage place. Louise’s customer service is second to none. I was completely impressed with Louise’s professionalism and customer service. The ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable. In the past I have used lock and store and I am a returning customer. The staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled and have empathy. Louise went up and beyond to support me. I managed to buy some boxes and bubble wrapping at good prices!! The units are spacious, clean and outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. This is the best place to store your stuff and it’s safe. The pricing is fair and transparent - definitely value for money. They have different trolleys to transport the stuff to the storage unit and the times are really convenient to access.

This past weekend my wife and I were moving out of our apartment, and we had booked a storage unit rental at Shurgard in advance with the plan to move everything in on a Saturday, when the facility was supposed to close at 4 PM. Due to unforeseen circumstances, our moving process took much longer than expected. Knowing that the facility was closing, we were nothing short of panicking at the thought that we wouldn't have the chance to finish our move even though we would have been unable to return the next day to complete the move due to going abroad. Thank goodness people like Stacey exist, who was willing to keep the entire facility open long enough to let us pack our things away which took an extra 3 hours and 30 minutes. Despite the fact that she had prior arrangements for her evening, and the packing took so much longer than we had hoped, she sacrificed her own time on a Saturday to help us when we truly had no other choice. To add to this generosity, she was understanding, patient and kind throughout a time which for us was extremely stressful and difficult. This kind of empathy is rare and we cannot express how truly grateful we are that Stacey was willing to work with us through this process. Not only would we like to highlight the exceptional decorum of Stacey as an employee of Shurgard, but we can wholeheartedly endorse anyone using this facility for storage of their belongings, as it is well kept, accessible and very competitively priced when compared to similar facilities in the area. We are extremely appreciative of the service we have received at this facility and it gives us immense peace of mind to know that our belongings will be kept in such safe hands.
