Thanks to Kieran and all the Staff at Shurgard Self Storage in Wokingham. We needed storage during our house build and Shurgard were the best deal compared to their rivals on Molly Millar's Lane. Loved the App to gain access 24/7. Always felt secure with our stuff there as well as clean and tidy. Was also pleased to see a security guard there the one time the entrance door was broken to make sure things were safe and secure. Just perfect for our needs.

I was greeted by Chris on the front desk, who very quickly understood that I didn’t have a clue what to do. He explained everything that I needed, and helped me with App. He gave me a quick tour of the essential areas before showing me to my storage unit and showing me how the lock worked etc.

I found Kieran and Chris at the Shurgard Wokingham store extremely friendly and courteous on my arrival, they were professional and efficient as they understood quickly my requirements and as a professional Project Manager I will not only use Shurgard again, but will recommend Shurgard to collegues and friends; Chris and Kieran are excellent ambassadors for Shurgard!

Even with other customers around, he made sure I never felt rushed, giving each of us the time and attention we needed. He was honest, polite, and went out of his way to make everyone feel taken care of. He even took the time to show me around, building a friendly rapport and making me feel comfortable. I left fully prepared and confident—couldn’t have asked for a better experience and service!
