This place has offered me a storage at half of the price what I was paying elsewhere and also double size of the locker I currently have. The service here is impeccable. Carina was really friendly and talked me through the options available. Carina was attentive and eager to ensure I get what I am looking for and also at the best price possible. Also her customer service is truly commendable.

Clyde remained on the line while i set the contract and identity process....took about 15 minutes to complete everything - from choosing the appropriate size, costings and contract setup... I had a great experience leaving my belongings at Shurgard Maidenhead. The customer service was excellent, and Carina was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Moving and storing your things can be very stressful, but having someone who takes the time to explain each step and is genuinely kind made all the difference for me today. :)

Chloe and the management team at the Maidenhead branch were just fabulous. They were accommodating, helpful and just all-round great people to deal with. The storage was just what we needed, was cost-effective, easily accessed and made a challenging period just that little easier.

I used lok'nStore to help store my belongings whilst I moved home. the facility has easy access and they also sell good quality boxes and packing materials which came in very handy! The staff are are very friendly and helpful, big thank you to Carina and Chloe who helped me get everything sorted!

I like this storage place. It's really flexible with your check in & check out date.
It also gives you that good flexibility on the storage unit size, you can book the room and when you actually arrive and you think the unit size is smaller than what you expected, then you can request for a size up.
