Had a wonderful experience today whilst looking to rent out a storage unit today ! Alex was very helpful and was happy to show us different sizes and to help figure out what storage we needed for what we had ! All round lovely time chatting with him :)

Great service, very quick, simple and straightforward which is exactly what you want these days! They were very helpful and lent me a temporary padlock until I got my own one from the previous unit. I would highly recommend them if you're looking for storage in Eastbourne.

I've received great customer service from my first phone call about renting storage to my first visit. Maddie and Alicia were very helpful and friendly because I had no idea what to do! They both made my first visit to leave my things really easy and I was reassured and confident I could come and go when I need to. I would highly recommend Shurgard Self Storage Eastbourne.

Maddie and Alex are easily approachable and onpoint about getting a unit for you. Whilst there is paperwork they steer you through as quickly as possible and without needless repetitions.
It was all so good went back for another unit (and yes, they advised this is not the most economical way to store)!

I moved in on 13/9/24 - it couldn't have gone smoother. Easy to sign in, easy to access the unit and very helpful staff. Not one negative. Bravo!!

Me and my partner had never used self storage before but we have been impressed with the service and quality of the units. They are completely secure and damp free and there was always a member of staff available if we needed help. Andrea was particularly helpful when it came to us removing our things from the unit and closing our account. We will definitely be back in the future!

I walked in at 345 on a Sunday of a bank holiday weekend after a stressful day to enquire about a unit and Alicia was so helpful, had an amazing attitude and really brought happiness to a tough day. She went through everything, wasn’t in a rush with it being so close to closing. She followed it up with a phone call the next day so it ensured I used the services. Went back on bank holiday Monday and she set everything up for me and it was a pleasure dealing with her amazing attitude. A real asset to the business. Overall a pleasurable and smooth transaction.

First time using Lok N store and was very impressed from quotation online to a quick return call with all the info needed. Alex who I dealt with on the day of using lok n store was very professional with all info and hand over of unit.

I've used Lok'nStore for almost two years and find them to be friendly, approachable and extremely helpful. I've just downsized from a storage unit to a storage locker and Madison was instrumental in making the process seamless. If you're looking for reasonably priced storage in Eastbourne, I highly recommend them.
