Very easy to register online a few weeks ago and reserve a locker, then today I met Julie to arrange the contract. She is so helpful, showing me the unit, agreeing to swap to a bigger one, ground floor too! Super efficient with id and insurance and payment. Once more around the maze of corridors to fit the padlock and show me the loading bay and I'm ready now to fill my unit. Happy days, and thanks, Julie.

I have today taken a unit at Northampton Central where I was helped by Julie and last week when I first enquired by Paula. They were both most welcoming and professional. I strongly advise visiting in person rather than booking online if you can. I hope the company keep this storage facility using the padlocks on the doors and not transfer to the electronic locks operated by an app on the phone. This new system is used in other facilities and it often fails.

Went down to Shurguard to sort out a storage unit and get some advice on a moving van, i was helped by a lovely lady named Julie who was extremely helpfull and professional, She managed to sort my unit for me and put me in touch with man and van quickly and efficiently. 5/5

Unbelievably great customer service from a lady called Paula at the Northampton Central Store. I plagued her with various queries and she not only solved every issue (all my fault) but did it with such a positive attitude and good humour, I felt compelled to tell you all about her. Best value storage anywhere near London. Also a really friendly team, Julie and Flo at the front desk were incredibly helpful when I’d lost my keys and couldn’t help enough. They made vacating the unit a breeze. Will certainly be back.

Have used Shurghad Northampton Central since it was called Lok n’Store and I have to say the service is fantastic. The ladies there work really hard and have always been super helpful with getting settled in and supporting with any queries I’ve had. No problems with them at all, very efficient and with loads of storage options. I have to personally thank Veronika, Julie and Florentina who I look forward to seeing everytime.
