Amazing bunch of lads / staff at this self storage facility & are gentlemen who help clueless damsels, I already had a storage unit here and need to fit a new bed in it as well because my moving date for new house had changed. The bed went in no problem after a quick move round of items in my unit, thanks to there expert help & advise. Top lads & top service. Happy days 👍

Shurgard have been excellent and just what we have needed. The unit’s themselves are clean and well kept and the option to upgrade or downsize at anytime is really helpful. The prices are competitive and the staff at the Brombrough store are incredible, they give you genuine advice on how to save on storage space and how to save on monthly prices. A big thanks to Chris, Matt and Gary at the store for all their help, they have made the entire process very easy. I definitely recommend this storage facility if you are in the Brombrough / Wirral area.

The guys at shurgard Bromborough are a lovely bunch lads with great sense humour, made me smile & laugh again when I was at my wits end, they were very very professional & have helped me choose the correct sized locker and advised me how to store my belongs, in the locker to get the maximum store in the locker. It is very clean building, corridors are kept clear and there are trolleys to help you take boxes of items in the lifts up & down to your private numbered unit. You can also buy a strong padlock on site for your unit. I would recommend this shurgard self storage, it is convenient location with friendly knowledgeable staff & proper sized clean units.

My first time renting storage prior to a house move. The online form was simple to use, with all storage units advertised with useful pictures to gauge size. Got the price immediately compared to other well known storage providers who will only take your details and then call you. This way, I was able to book and pay the night before I needed to use it. On arrival I was greeted by Matt who finalised the paperwork (ID check) before showing me where my unit was and how to use the facility. Matt was great, friendly and was able to answer all my questions. I came back the next day with my first load and was greeted by Gary, who again was friendly, making sure I knew what to do. Customer service really was fantastic. I received a follow up call a few days later to make sure I was happy with the unit and given the option to either up/down grade if needed. The unit and indeed the whole facility is clean as a whistle. The only very minor gripe I had, which is a me problem rather than a Shurgard problem is that it’s not 24/7 access. In my rush I saw 24/7 mentioned, but that is the units are secured 24/7, not accessible. However Gary went through the opening hours with me so no issue there. I would heartily recommend Shurgard to anyone who needs storage.

Visited the store today and left with an amazingly well priced unit. Staff were all super helpful, especially Gary who took the time to show me around the building and the different storage lockers. I'd highly recommend this company to anyone :)

Highly recommend! Very transparent pricing, easy to find what you need online and many different sizes of container to pick from. Super clean, really attentive helpful staff, and great accessibility. They provide moving trolleys for bigger items, lift access, and large bays you can easily open and close yourself when you need to move larger heavier items.

Ordered unit online, went in and Chris and Matt were there,great lads,everything was explained and got to putting everything in the unit,got the £1 for first month's rent offer and they had a discount on boxes if you bought 5 or more which was good

Had great difficulty dealing with dodgy movers and the shining light that saved the day were none other than the staff at Shurgard. They were incredible, I was really concerned that I was going to have to upgrade to a larger storage space. The staff quickly swooped in and told me that the movers had made no effort to actually fit my stuff in the space. The following day after 30 mins or so I had doubled the space I had to work with! Thanks again to the brilliant staff for being so helpful and supportive!

Drove passed here after shopping and just happen to remember it when I needed storage. Chris was very welcoming and told us straight away about the cheap prices and after no time at all, we had a space big enough to store what I needed. He was very professional and easy to sign up with. Would highly recommend if you are looking to store things but don't need a shipping container.

Went and seen a unit today and was helped by a wonderful lad named Gary, was very happy to show me all the different sized units (I was sure what size I’ll need) and when I picked one he managed to cut me a deal on it to. Would recommend this place

Staff are very welcoming and facility is brand new, easy process of signing up and you can have a bargain £1 deal for a months rent, I also opted for the £2000 insurance and total cost for me to move in was £19 and very good pricing after the £1 deal.

Stored items from moving home here, staff are very helpful, nothing is too much trouble, the place itself is well presented, clean and modern (its only been here since end of 2024) Only thing that was a little tricky was at time of using, the opening hours for the build were the same as the office hours. As I was working full time in the week, it ment I only had the best part of an hour/ hour and a half before the place shut!

Really helpful staff. Unfortunately only opens till 6 most nights do not ideal for people who work normal hours. However this is nothing to do with the staff at the Bromborough branch and to do with the company itself and higher management who dictate the opening hours.
