We’ve had a container for under a month now, initially we’ve encountered two problems, 1st one was Monday 13th, fire alarm was going off nearly the whole working day, being on the first floor we had no access, since 7am untill 1pm I was standing outside with Brett, which I will admit he’s an absolute asset for Shurgard, he was doing everything in he’s power to sort the faulty alarm out, protect him he’s someone that gets the job done. 👍🏼
2nd problem. The lifts was out of service on the 17th, two problems in one month, that wasn’t sorted until the end of the day, thankfully Fred was amazing & professional, reassured me the problem would be fixed & rest assured it was by 4pm.
The staff at Woolwich are incredible & should all be rewarded highly & looked after, absolute assets.
My problem is Shurgard is a huge company, yet the problems ain’t sorted like one, once a problem arises it takes management 1 whole working day, when in reality these should be urgent matters, should be fixed within 2 hours. if it wasn’t for Brett & Fred, I would of left and gone to another storage company. Bret has been a fantastic help since renting a storage container. He is always very friendly and approachable if we have any questions. Monday 13th January he stood outside for hours waiting for the engineer to come to sort the fire alarm out and was professional when dealing with customers throughout this situation even despite standing outside for 5 hours!!!
