I’ve had a great experience with Shurgard in Tottenham (Garham Road). It was my first time using a storage company, and everything went super smoothly. I’ve been storing my things there since November, after moving out and needing a place to keep big items like beds, wardrobes, kitchen stuff, and more—things I couldn’t take with me at the time.
The booking process was easy—I just walked in with my documents and the team helped me sort everything out quickly. The staff are amazing, always helpful and friendly. Big shoutout to Adil, who recently helped me move into a smaller unit when I didn’t need as much space. He made the whole process simple and stress-free.
The place is clean, secure, and easy to access. There are plenty of trolleys, and I’ve never had any issues getting to my unit. Pricing is fair and everything was clearly explained from the start—no hidden fees.
I’m still using the storage and would definitely recommend Shurgard to anyone looking for a safe and reliable place. The only thing I’d suggest improving is the app, but overall it’s been a great experience!

I found the process of signing up to a Shurgard storage unit straightforward and easy with the support of the member of staff who dwelt with me on the day. Visited Shurgard Self Storage Tottenham to assess potentially rent storage space.
Firstly, I was so impressed with the customer service. When I arrived Adil was kind enough to acknowledge me, even whilst dealing with another customer. He apologised for the delay in serving me, which was even that long a delay. Whilst waiting I was listening to how Adil was communicating with the customer in front of me, I could see they were very happy and why? Because his manner, communication skills and knowledge was exceptional.
Then my turn came, any doubts about rent was cleared after talking to Adil. Please trust me I am experienced at renting storage and I have over 30 plus years of customer facing experience in some of the worlds biggest private companies and I was blown away with Adil’s execution. Adil explained how everything worked, showed me around the facilities, answered more of my questions.
A company is only as good th people it employs. You can have great facilities but you also need great people and that’s what experienced with Adil at Shurgard Tottenham. To concluded I ended up rents two units just now, thanks to Adil and Shurgard.

Very smooth moving in thanks to MENA who’s a helpful polite staff member there. Another point is it’s very affordable too and be assured it’s safe as each floor and door is only accessible by using your shurguard app which gives you that extra reassurance. Hands down the best storage company I’ve used to this day.
