After over ten years of having units at Shurgard Surbiton we finally closed our last one today. The exit process was extremely well managed by Chris, Scott and Khaya and the communication process by the team, particularly Khaya, was brilliant throughout. Thanks for everything. Highly recommended.

Called up to enquire about storage and spoke with Khaya, he was very friendly, helpful and provided the multiple options, I will be looking to rent storage shortly as i’m moving house soon

When visiting this branch I had a lot of questions about the process of renting a unit. Khaya was really helpful and patient with me. He answered all of my questions and gave me all the information I needed.

We use this storage depot for the company, and the staff and back-end support is great. We love the flexibility and convenience and when we've asked for help with our contracts nothing has been an issue for the team: especially Chris and Paul, and the rest of the team on site - thanks guys!

We arrived at Shurestorage Surbiton as two lost souls, never used the storage before.
And then Paul stepped in, all info we needed + trip to see actual storage.
We signed contracts on the spot and next day when unloading was finished got thumbs up from same man, all in les than 24h.
Only thing l would like to suggest to the management- maybe consider weekly rent, then we can really say you are thinking about your costumers,

I was really happy with how helpful the staff were. The booking service was simple to use and the app made it so easy, from invoicing to entering the facility.

I went to the Surbiton branch yesterday and returned today to complete the process to rent a storage unit.
On both occasions I was served by Chris and he was excellent being efficient, helpful and friendly.
I found everything straightforward and simple and I now have my stuff securely stored.
The charges are good value for money too.

I have been using the Surbiton Branch for 3 years now and the level of service I receive is always the greatest especially from Chris!! Who was always very patient, clear on every response, helpful and friendly and a problem solver with the best solutions! He gave me the feeling I can rely on him and my things are in best hands!!!
