I had an excellent experience with the service at the Ruislip location, thanks to the outstanding support from the manager, Mr. AB. Although I wasn’t fully satisfied with my first unit, Mr. AB quickly and professionally resolved the issue, leaving me impressed with the level of care provided. I would highly recommend this storage facility to my colleagues and friends, especially those who travel frequently and need a secure, well-managed place to store their belongings.

I was a customer at another well known storage facility and happened to enquire at the ruislip store just out of curiosity. Having met AB and received the care and attention and sharing of knowledge i realised how better i would be looked after here. Customer service was amazing by this man. He was knowledgeable and would defo recommend seeing him if you ever think of using storage. Real brand ambassador of Shurguard. Quality! Can’t fault this guy.
