I cannot stress enough how helpful and friendly the staff at Shurgard Norbury are! From reserving the storage over the phone to dealing with the Lady in person at the Norbury site- the staff were so helpful, informative and down to earth! The site itself is clean and easily accessible. Moving is so stressful, so a massive thanks to Shurgard for making at least one part of it smooth sailing! 😊

Owing to an increase in rental cost of my unit, I was looking at leaving Shugard after 15 years but both Sue and Georgia looked for an alternative unit that was available and cheaper. They were so helpful and accommodating during my move to another unit on the same floor which I was grateful for.

I recently moved into the apartment complex next door and came in to inquire about storing some belongings here due to lack of space in the apartment. Sue was extremely helpful and provided me with all prices and relevant information and also provided me with written prices so I wouldn’t forget.
