The Shurguard team (Dhruv, Ahmed and Nikhil) at reception were very welcoming and helpful. I visited other storage units but was pleased with the way this team guided me through the process and also offered best possible rates. Shurguard offers are the best for sure.

I only went in to the branch to ask a few questions in regards to storing some items from my home and the customer team at Shurgard Neasden ( Ahmed, Justina and Nikil) were exceptional in the way in which they showed me around and explained the whole procedure and all the costs and finer details about storing with them. Would highly recommend storing with Shurgard to any of my friends and family if they ever need to do so.
