I went into the Kentish Town branch last week and had a seamless experience getting the contract signed and submitting my ID. The front-of-house team was awesome and very informative. In particular, I was impressed by the professionalism and knowledge displayed by Brandon (who seemed to be in training). Michelle was able to answer any questions I had about the contract. Yashima was very polite and knowledgeable, and I recognized Alex as the advisor who helped me pick the best option over the phone. The team really supported me throughout the process from start to finish.

As for the actual storage process itself, this was my first time using any kind of self-storage, so it was a little confusing at first. I would suggest adding arrows or directions indicating where each unit is located, as I honestly felt like I was in a maze. Aside from that, my overall experience with Shurgard was great!
