I had originally booked storage with another provider however having spoken to Nico I decided to go with Shurgard instead. Nico is extremely professional and the process of opening an account and getting access to the facility was efficient and seamless. He responds to any queries or requests immediately . I have had storage with other companies but this is in a different league- a very large part of this is down to Nico as he runs the place extremely well.

Honestly speaking this is the best storage I’ve had. I’ve been with them for a long time now and I would not go somewhere else.
It’s clean, safe and well priced.
Assistance and especially the Storage Manager Nico are always helpful, kind and overly accommodating.
If you’re looking for good a storage, chose this one!

Fantastic Customer Service. Great communication. Safe. Secure. Storage Facility well ran and managed. Guest WiFi available. Nico and the Team on hand to assist in any way they can! The Office also offer to accept shipments and deliveries to the facility. Throughly recommended!

CitySpace Storage in Knightsbridge was a pleasant surprise. We needed somewhere to store our bags for two months while travelling. Nico was incredibly helpful. We were able to access the space 24/7. There was no fuss and the storage was in a really central location which meant we could access easily. Clean, efficient, helpful and reasonably priced. Thank you.

One of the best storage unit companies I have stored my bosses belongings with. The units are very secure and clean and staff are really friendly. Andre and Matthew were both especially super helpful with any problems or questions I had and always kept me updated on visitors or concerns they had.

Andre, from knightsbridge branch has gone above and beyond to assist me. I have six storage spaces here and they really appreciate that. Andre came in on a Sunday to open for me when I was in distress.
He also refuses entry of my staff without verification for me, security conscious.
Andre has been the greatest, most professional, enthusiastic and very very polite at all times.
I recommend City Space Knightsbridge, especially as Andre is so great.
The facilities are good.

Extremely nice, courteous and helpful staff. The entire place is immaculate and you can see that it is incredibly safe, like a vault, so I'm not sure why anyone would need any type of insurance. Location is perfact.
