Who knew self storage could be such a joy? The manager Patrice was absolutely brilliant. She advised on the best offers, called on the morning of check-in to make sure I had everything I needed and was super helpful when I arrived. When a customer in front of me had forgotten their unit number, Patrice knew it by heart. Unbelievable customer service.

The staff and customer service at Shurgard, especially Patrice, who helped me figure out the status of my reservation and how to use the app to access the storage space. She even helped with a faulty lock and answered all my questions clearly and concisely. Over all, a great storage space, with even better staff.
