I decided to move from Hayes to Shurgard Harrow due to the incredible assistance provided by Nadia. I arrived to see the size of the space available and she advised me of the monthly specials.
It was then I was sold on the move!
I had requested rates of larger units at Hayes and they gave me a rate over £200 excluding insurance.
At Harrow the 50 sqft unit was going to be CHEAPER by £50, and cheaper by £25, than the 10/15 sqft unit at Hayes. CRAZY!
Customer Service was incredible.
I very much appreciated that they were saving me from additional expenditure.

Had to move out of level 3 due to building works and didn't want to move out. I was stressed about it and the staff at the Hayes branch were Fabulous as they came up with a solution by giving me a slightly smaller unit , when not units were left. Thanks soo much for clearing my stress for me and reducing my bill in the process. Wonderful thanks.

I visited Shurgard, Hayes on 01 February 2024 as I needed storage space for next week. The customer advisor, Miss Shahtaj went out of the way to explain to me the detailed process and cost of the storage space they rent out. The young lady gave me all the details I wanted to make an informed decision. She was very, very kind and helpful. She exceeded my expectations.

My experience at the Hayes Shrugard was very nice and the receptionists were working together especially AB.He was exceptional and very fast in his work and kindly speaking to us while we were handling our business.
