Quick, fast Customer Service. The Unit is fairly new to the area and it's cleaner than other storage facilities. The Team at the Desk helped me out when I was having a bit of a moment with the app (my fault). Can't fault the service. Would absolutely. recommend.

A massive thank you to Jerome (Gypsy Corner) for helping to set up the storage. He went the extra mile by cancelling the the initial account due to an app error (liaised with the app team and escalated the problem) and then within minutes made a new account and ensured I was able to access my unit without any issues.

He was very friendly and polite and extremely patient with my queries.
