The storage facility itself is immaculate and the team at Greenwich were always incredibly kind each time my circumstances forced me to change my contract arrangements.
I was shown great patience as I became anxious when learning how to use the simple storage access app, and the team member who was dealing with me at the time went over it as many times as I felt I needed until I became comfortable with the technology.
Honestly, such a great bunch of people in every way and I can thoroughly recommend for both the service and facilities with so much gratitude to them all at an incredibly stressful time.

We used for a 3 months interim storage solution and was really impressed with everything from move-in to move-out. On the day of the move-in, they were super flexible. We moved in a day earlier, so there was a need for some special administration which went super fluidly. When it came to move-out, they again were super professional, understood we only needed them for an interim solution, did not try to upsell, but instead helped us that we only pay for the time we used them. Special shout out to Caroline to this regard. Thank you!

Shurgard is a lovely friendly place to store your items my business has been using them for nearly a decade and have always felt like family here highly recommended place with lovely staff especially Caroline Usman best people in the office 👌

Caroline is an AMAZING manager at Shurgard Greenwich. She was so helpful, supportive and made my life stress-free when I was moving location/units. Even down to the invoicing and move in process everything was so smooth I could not have asked for a better person to sign up with.
She made sure I knew all my options before settling on the correct size for my needs (she did not try and hard sell me bigger units that I didn’t need) and gave me a tour of the facility which is probably one of the best Shurgards I have seen. Plenty of parking, space, great location and you can ride up in the lift with your belongings.
Very safe environment that is well lit and is well covered by CCTV.
I have already had a call and e-mails pertaining to my move in date, invoicing and checking if I have settled in.
I HIGHLY recommend this Shurgard and when you do visit ask for Caroline!! :-D

Caroline is the best person to speak to at Greenwich Shurgard. She is very helpful and accommodating about all your storage needs. She helped us quickly setup our first and then second storage units at Shurgard Greenwich! So don’t hesitate speak to Caroline if you need any storage advice!

Had a unit here for 6 years. Always clean and most importantly very secure. Moved over to phone App entry and lift control. Nice and easy, quick and less aggravating. Recently gave up it up. I would go back. Staff are on hand and friendly and helpful. Or at the end of a phone. Had a lot of help recently from Caroline at Greenwich. Restored my faith in customer service. Unlike at lot businesses since lockdown who don’t seem to help. She was great.

I made a double booking and did something wrong with my previous booking, but Usman was very helpful on the phone and made the process very easy. Super efficient and helfpul when I went in person to finish the move in and was patient even though i was a bit stressed out.

Got a call back from Caroline at Shurgard Self Storage in Greenwich yesterday. She was pretty good. She was interested in what I was storing and why and laid out the pros and cons. Even with the cons, I was convinced that any company whose staff are so focused and so tuned in to a customer's needs – deserved my business. Just to be sure, I called the other Self Storage firms in the area, and Caroline's deal made the most sense for my purposes.

I already have a unit with another branch, so it was my first port of call when I needed a business unit. I arrived at my appointment to complete the paperwork etc, but found that my initial call with a member of staff did not provide me with the correct ID criteria with which to rent a business unit, so I had to then sign up in my own name and as a residential unit. Benil was great and was able to get everything organised. My second visit to move in was seamless, with Osman picking up where Benil had left off, changing the account to the business name, getting a tour etc. Well run and clean. I would recommend a little heat in the storage areas, especially when you have to be there all day in the Winter. Great experience, so thank you all!

Was such an excellent and quick process!!! They were so accommodating with timing as I was coming from Kent. Benil literally made the experience so easy for me. Totally professional and great customer service, will definitely recommend Greenwich!
