I’ve been in Shurgard for a while and have few units since being there I’ve been dealing with manager Kayleh she is a great person and helps out when ever you need help

I had a fantastic experience today at the self-storage facility, thanks to Darren. From the moment I arrived, Darren was incredibly helpful and attentive. He assisted me every step of the way, from selecting the right storage unit to ensuring my belongings were safely and efficiently stored. Darren's professionalism and friendly attitude made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. It's clear that he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. I highly recommend this facility, and I want to give a special shout-out to Darren for his exceptional service!

I walked in one day off the cuff and was greeted by a very friendly and efficient Kayla who instantly put me at ease (this is my first storage unit), and she guided me through the process and took the time to show me different sized units. If im totally honest, it’s rare that I feel so driven to leave a positive review (life is busy!) but on this occasion Kayla was just so helpful I felt I had to!

First class, A1 customer service from the team at Forest Hill. Can’t recommend highly enough. I needed storage for several months, had never used storage facility before but everything was explained to me patiently (several times) from how to download the app and use access codes to renewing the contract, and then transferring to another unit to save some pennies. Extra special shout out to Aidan and Kayla who were always available and on hand with great advice, nothing was ever too much trouble. Outstanding customer service with kindness, a smile and a great sense of humour :-). Amazing

This is the first time I'll be using a storage unit. I chose Shurgard and so far the service has been good. I spoke to Georgia over the phone. She was so helpful. When I arrived at the unit I spoke to Kayla. She was great. Thank you both for your good customer service and your patience.

She was patient and very knowledgeable. Aidan was also very helpful in sorting out a temporary technical hitch and supporting us with the move. I used shurgard Forest Hill last monday 12th Feb 24. I was also served by Aidan on Friday 9th Feb to sort out two units. He was excellent very professional and extremely kind & helpful. He tried his best to save me money (as its quite expensive but still competitive!). It is such a pleasure to be served by a cool calm & collected indivdual even when i got slightly frazzled on the

Made a reservation today by phone and spoke with Aiden, who was polite, friendly, funny and helpful. He saved me money (nowadays every penny counts) on my initial quotation and answered all my questions. I have yet to view the unit, as I currently live outside of London, but Aiden was kind enough to make an appointment for me to view prior to my moving date. Great customer experience!

I just got home from visiting this facility and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. The facility on its own is fantastic, but paired with the customer service agents there, it makes it an exception place. My customer service agent Vanessa was not only personable, but she answered all the questions I had and more importantly she did so honestly.
