I attended shurgard to get a storage unit and have visited a couple of times before and left undecided. I met Badmus on my third visit, he was amazing, very patient, polite and very helpful helping me to find a suitable unit. Honestly, if Badmus was not at that reception chances are I wouldn't have gone for a unit. He is a brilliant worker and always ready to help. He also has a clam and welcoming attitude which makes it easy to have a conversation with him.Badmus helped me to set up my app and make sure I understood the contract I signed . Badmus is the man to ask for.Thank you

Great experience on my induction day. Tim gave a clear explanation of the terms, a helpful tour of the facilities, and helped me set up access through their app. It's good to know that you can use a lock from another place if it fits their format, and you can also use your existing insurance policy if it covers storage.

I used my local Shurgard to store some household goods.
I found Badmus very helpful as he explained the details of the facility and the cost for the first month.
The only thing you need to be aware of is that you need to contact them at least two weeks before your next month starts.
Be aware of this.
Having said that, Badmus showed me around the unit I had chosen.
He helped me with the technical stuff on my phone as well.
You need security before going into the unit.
All in all a positive and easy experience.
The whole building was very clean.
