Brilliant storage place, one very special gentleman called Gareth gave excellent customer service, and was also helpful and kind, Gareth works very hard and always looks after customer. I highly recommend anyone needing to store their furniture and belongings, visit this Establishment.

I came into purley way branch and met Gareth.

Professional and outstanding service from staff at Wokingham reception when we dropped by to take a look and eventually decided to rent a storage unit, a pleasant customer visit indeed. The warehouse is well maintained and convenient for us to get stuff in and out using Shurgard apps. Upon completion of the contract, staff are polite and friendly to answer our questions so it is a hassle-free experience. We will use Shurgard again in future.

I very rarely leave reviews, however on this occasion I truly feel I have to. Gareth was so helpful, informative, friendly and just a real nice guy. I can see why Shurgard has him at the front of the office. I real 5 star service. I have worked in the public sector for many years and you can tell Gareth is a people person. If he is not a manager he certainly deserves to be one!

Have had a great experience at the Purley Way Croydon self storage. They have a great team there, especially Lewis. He is courteous, polite and always has a smile while providing excellent customer service - a great advert for Shurgard. Nothing is too much trouble and he is always willing to help where he can.
I definitely recommend this site to anyone wanting to store their possessions.
