I came in with my dad to query about a unit, I wasn’t sure of which size we might need however speaking to Keely was very settling as she knew exactly what sizes to recommend and was extremely helpful. Her customer service was amazing, I felt very welcome and quickly at ease.

Popped in to enquire about storage being recommended by my brother and spoke with keely who was more than helpfull and was a pleasure to deal with sadly a rarity these days

I began renting a small unit here last week and the customer service from Keely and Charlie has been excellent from the start; they have always been available to help and nothing is too much trouble for them; they are very customer focused. Well done Keely and Charlie, I have been very impressed from the get-go!

Came to shurgard city airport to inquire about a 100sq foot unit as I am moving an need extra space I was greeted by a guy called mark who helped from find the right space for an affordable price an also showed me the merchandise they have there I will definitely be going back

I popped into your unit at City Airport a couple of days ago as needed to get a quote for a storage unit. I was greeted and welcomed by a lovely guy named Mark.
He answered all my questioned, put my mind at rest knowing how secure the whole unit is. Will be coming back in a couple of weeks to book a unit.

Brilliant customer service. Visited here recently as we are looking for a place to store whilst moving, was met by Mark who was very welcoming. He showed us around, was very knowledgeable and helpful. The place was exceptionally clean and great price. Will definitely be using this company.

I visited the store today to enquire about storage as I'm downsizing my home soon and need to store some items for a short while. I was greeted with a friendly face and instantly felt welcome. Keely was very helpful explaining all the unit sizes and advising what would be best for me with the items I have to store. It was a pleasure to deal with her such lovely customer service.

I popped into thr city store today to ask for prices on a storage unit the staff member mark was helpful knew what storage size I needed an the price service with a smile he made me feel at ease I will definitely coming back to city to store with them thanks mark your customer service skill was on point.

Had a slight issue with Google Maps sending me to the wrong once I was in reception, charlie could not be more helpful she provided me with a full tour of the building and was extremely detailed on how to store my items once inside the unit .

Marks customer support was great and really helpful will be thinking on getting a storage locker as soon as I can

A+++ experience, highly recommended location. Easy to find, top notch security and great customer support. Charlie was amazing; she answered all my queries and supported me every step of the way during registration and they helped me get a great deal that I couldn't find anywhere else local. Very friendly and helpful staff. Went to great pains to show me how to download and use the Shurgard app. Was impressed by how simple and efficient the whole procedure was.

I couldn’t recommend the London City Airport Shurgard storage site more highly! The manager, Mark, was exceptional from start to finish—his professional yet friendly approach made both moving in and out so easy. The team went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, and the facility itself was always secure, clean, and well-maintained. Fantastic service all around—five stars!

Needed some extra space and went to visit other competitors within the storage sector and can confirm Shurgard provided the best service. Visited the branch to enquire about different storage unit sizes in which Mark went above and beyond to showcased different unit sizes from 30Sq ft and above. Both staff were very helpful, friendly, instructions were clear, Mark made the process very simple and stress free in relation to renting out a storage unit.

“Storage unit sizes range from 10 SQ FT up to 290 SQ FT”

Mark was very transparent about costs and add-ons which is excellent. Came at a good time as Shurgard was running a promotion having a £1 first month fee along with a discount on all the different sized storage units available at this particular branch.

Please note that you must pay for the units cylinder lock at £14.90 and must take into consideration that you must pay an additional fee ranging on the amount of insurance cover for your items within the storage unit per month. These are both mandatory.

You can add an additional security lock at your own expense for extra security.

Storage facility is clean, reception staff are vigilant, alert and always keep eyes on security cameras located at prime hotspot locations.

Trollies are available within the sides of the entry points of the building which can help when moving bulky items or multiple boxes.

Times for access are between 6am - 11pm but would say 6am to 10:30pm as you don’t want to incur any additional fees from security.

Entry access is simple, efficient and secure using the app on your mobile device.

All in all I would recommend Shurgard as a company, location and professionalism. So far so good in terms of service and still have my items here so I’m happy.

Would recommend visiting this particular branch and ask for Mark the legend!
