Very friendly and helpful staff. Went to great pains to show me how to download and use the Shurgard app. Was impressed by how simple and efficient the whole procedure was.

I couldn’t recommend the London City Airport Shurgard storage site more highly! The manager, Mark, was exceptional from start to finish—his professional yet friendly approach made both moving in and out so easy. The team went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, and the facility itself was always secure, clean, and well-maintained. Fantastic service all around—five stars!

Needed some extra space and went to visit other competitors within the storage sector and can confirm Shurgard provided the best service. Visited the branch to enquire about different storage unit sizes in which Mark went above and beyond to showcased different unit sizes from 30Sq ft and above. Both staff were very helpful, friendly, instructions were clear, Mark made the process very simple and stress free in relation to renting out a storage unit.

Mark was very transparent about costs and add-ons which is excellent. Came at a good time as Shurgard was running a promotion having a £1 first month fee along with a discount on all the different sized storage units available at this particular branch.

Please note that you must pay for the units cylinder lock at £14.90 and must take into consideration that you must pay an additional fee ranging on the amount of insurance cover for your items within the storage unit per month. These are both mandatory.

You can add an additional security lock at your own expense for extra security.

Storage facility is clean, reception staff are vigilant, alert and always keep eyes on security cameras located at prime hotspot locations.

Trollies are available within the sides of the entry points of the building which can help when moving bulky items or multiple boxes.

Times for access are between 6am - 11pm but would say 6am to 10:30pm as you don’t want to incur any additional fees from security.

Entry access is simple, efficient and secure using the app on your mobile device.

All in all I would recommend Shurgard as a company, location and professionalism. So far so good in terms of service and still have my items here so I’m happy.

Would recommend visiting this particular branch and ask for Mark the legend!

Very friendly welcome from Mark who was helpful and explained everything to me. Nothing was too much trouble and he showed me example of a unit size as I wasnt sure about. Highly recommend the great service.

I have used this place for more than a year, all my things were secure, nothing happened to them. Easy to load and unload. Mind, you won't get to the loo if the office is closed, as they have the key. Boris was very helpful sorting everything out.

Absolute outstanding service from Charlie at shurgard she is very professional and goes that extra mile for every customer she was extremely polite and well mannerd I thought she was the manger and when talking and she said she only been here around 3 month I was shocked she definitely is a asset to that store my late husband had store previously about 3 years ago and the service we recived was awful so wasn't sure about joing back and was seeing the price compare to other companies but because of Charlie we decided to go with her hopefully Charlie stays in that store as she is amazing

The young lady that work here Charlie is absolutely brilliant at her job she will go above and beyond to make sure you get what you pay for before i even signed up for my unit she gave me a brilliant tour of the bulding explaining each step us we went around once signed I had a issue with my access code within a couple of seconds Charlie had sorted it . One day she would make a excellent manger and I am 1000% glad I decided to go with shurgard .

Mark met me as I walked into the shop at LCY. He had everything prepared and even helped me set up and showed me how to use the iPhone app and explained the security doors. . Within a few minutes I was standing in my modern and very clean storage locker. Mark’s service is great and I’m very happy with my decision to use Shurgard storage.

I visited the store to check out a unit, Mark was very helpful answered all my questions and nothing was too much of a hassle for him, great member of staff you have in him.
