Recently had an excellent experience at Shurgard Self Storage in Chiswick, and I am genuinely impressed with both the facility and the exceptional customer service. Moving and storing belongings can be a bit stressful, but my visit to Shurgard Chiswick was made smooth and hassle-free thanks to the facility itself and the wonderful assistance I received from one of the staff members, Subhan.

The facility is impeccably clean and pristine. On the first arrival day you haven’t be there by 5pm to sign documents. I dealt with Shams when I got there who was so helpful and went out of his way to spend time making sure I familiarised myself with the access etc and very reassuring. My first impressions based on the service I received and the unit I have was very good. The initial phone contact was a bit difficult as hard to get the same person but now I have Shams name I think it will be easier. Very impressive first impression.

I want to thank Subhan and Shams for their above and beyond 5 star service when I moved in. I have had absolute abysmal experiences at other branches and was ready to give up on the company but I am happy with this branch. The building itself is wonderfully cleaned and maintained and the staff treat the customers with respect which is very becoming of those at a front desk in any establishment. I would highly recommend them to friends, family and the wider world.

Shams not only helped me arrange convenient size of unit at his place, but also swap the one upstairs to the ground floor, and arrange the extra locker,as mine didn't fit.

Had a top tier move in experience. The whole space is very clean and secure. Shams is a great gentleman, extremely courteous and helpful. He made sure the process was as smooth and efficient as possible!

The booking of the service was very smooth but was so surprising was the professionalism and kindness of the two men that helped us moving. They treated every box as fragile and delicate and they helped us arranging our deposit. The experience was extremely pleasant and quick. The guys who run this place are amazing and an asset to the company. They genuinely care about their customers and their work. If you ever have any issues you can speak directly with the manager and he is very responsive and will personally help. It's very good value for money, extremely clean and secure. Highly recommend.

I just came to this wonderful facility, I was immensely helped by Subhan; no words to describe how helpful and welcoming he was, and the whole team indeed! He gave me a courtesy call before I visit the office to remind me with few basics etc which I appreciated, as they were keen on making the checkin process as efficient as possible. He took me on a tour in the facility and showed me exactly and simply how to use the app, open the doors etc and what is the fastest way to reach my unit. The trolleys are in a very good state, plenty available, so no issues with that. The corridors are well lit and well aerated. The access hours are the longest per day you can get, in this part of the city at least, so that maximizes the use of your unit! After searching for a couple of weeks and going through few providers, I am more than happy I chose Shurguard Chiswisk! Thank you Subhan and the whole team!

I had the pleasure of meeting Shams during move-in day, and I found him to be extremely helpful. He made the entire process seamless and effortless. The storage facility is equipped with automated features, and Shams only needed to demonstrate how to operate the access control systems once. I would highly recommend their services.
