Subhan at Shurguard was so lovely when we checked it the first time explaining the app and helping me arrange for a moving company, he when offered me a coffee when I said I was tired! The facilities here are spotless and very secure, it looks brand new and feels very safe

The facility is impeccably clean and pristine. On the first arrival day you haven’t be there by 5pm to sign documents. I dealt with Shams when I got there who was so helpful and went out of his way to spend time making sure I familiarised myself with the access etc and very reassuring. My first impressions based on the service I received and the unit I have was very good. The initial phone contact was a bit difficult as hard to get the same person but now I have Shams name I think it will be easier. Very impressive first impression.

I want to thank Subhan and Shams for their above and beyond 5 star service when I moved in. I have had absolute abysmal experiences at other branches and was ready to give up on the company but I am happy with this branch. The building itself is wonderfully cleaned and maintained and the staff treat the customers with respect which is very becoming of those at a front desk in any establishment. I would highly recommend them to friends, family and the wider world.

Shams not only helped me arrange convenient size of unit at his place, but also swap the one upstairs to the ground floor, and arrange the extra locker,as mine didn't fit.

Had a top tier move in experience. The whole space is very clean and secure. Shams is a great gentleman, extremely courteous and helpful. He made sure the process was as smooth and efficient as possible!

The booking of the service was very smooth but was so surprising was the professionalism and kindness of the two men that helped us moving. They treated every box as fragile and delicate and they helped us arranging our deposit. The experience was extremely pleasant and quick.
