Excellent facility to store personal and large items at an extremely competitive price. Also located in a safe and busy environment. Easy access to get in and out without issues. Staff here are extremely helpful and professional, there is always someone around if you need help. There are many units and parking is a huge advantage too within the storage facility area. James my first main contact who overrides this Chalk Farm outlet was absolutely superb. 🙏👍

I needed to temporarily store all of my belongings in a storage unit for a month while moving flats, and I was really happy with the team here! They helped me to pick out the right size unit and never tried to upsell me, which I appreciated. There are lots of trolleys available, and the staff here even helped to move some of my items to my unit and stack them neatly. The prices were very reasonable so I'd definitely recommend CityStore to others

Moving is always stressful so I was relieved that the team at CityStore took some of that stress away from me. From inviting me in to show me different sized units (I had no idea what size I needed) and using their amazing, magical box-Tetris skills on moving day to help me fit all my stuff in a unit I was convinced was too small, to saying 'hi' or giving me a wave on the numerous occasions I've had to go back to pick up something I've put away and later realised I needed. I highly recommend using them :-)

The gentleman who was in last Sunday morning provided exceptional customer service. I was flustered due to being homeless, however he took time to ensure I understood the process and made sure I was comfortable.

Peter and the team were great, very reasonably priced and super friendly and helpful. Wouldn't hesitate if I need some storage again as was an easier experience than I've had with other national storage companies in terms of billing and checkout. Very convenient if you live in Camden or Chalk Farm.

We have been using CityStore Self Storage Camden for a half a year now and I can't recommend them enough. Everything is kept immaculately clean, they are happy to accept deliveries on our behalf so we don't always have to be there, the process for bringing heavy objects is made so easy with the drive in option and the abundance of trolleys, our storage feels exceedingly secure with the high tech security and the added insurance we took out with them (I should note this was entirely optional). Most importantly, this company has a real interest in helping the local community and provide free or reduced cost storage for charities and not-for-profit organisations in their local area.

We were very well looked after by the team during the 7 months that our possessions were in storage. We needed to access our bikes regularly, and we always found the staff to be welcoming and efficient. Highly recommended, and we would definitely use them again.
