Have been wonderful they have sorted everything out made the process so easy and simple.
They explained everything from start to finish explaining what the unit size were to where they have them situated so it would be easier in case I wasnât aware that there where other branches close by.
Darren went through the whole process and answered all my questions he never rushed me and was very polite and patient.
Just wanted to say Thank You to them both, there are great staff working at Kentish Town a real asset to Shurgard.

I just want to say a huge thank you to Annette & Darren at Shurgard Kentish Town & Chalk Farm. They literally rescued me this week! I was at my storage unit in Chalk Farm at closing time and couldn't get into my unit due to lots of fallen boxes (due to my poor stacking), I had sprained my ankl (!) & could barely walk & I was literally stuck & stranded! Annette from Kentish Town luckily called me & Darren came to my rescue (Darren was already on his way home). I honestly don't know what I would have done if Darren hadn't come back to help me. Annette & Darren, you are both heroes!! I can't thank you enough.

Excellent facility to store personal and large items at an extremely competitive price. Also located in a safe and busy environment. Easy access to get in and out without issues. Staff here are extremely helpful and professional, there is always someone around if you need help. There are many units and parking is a huge advantage too within the storage facility area. James my first main contact who overrides this Chalk Farm outlet was absolutely superb. ðð

I needed to temporarily store all of my belongings in a storage unit for a month while moving flats, and I was really happy with the team here! They helped me to pick out the right size unit and never tried to upsell me, which I appreciated. There are lots of trolleys available, and the staff here even helped to move some of my items to my unit and stack them neatly. The prices were very reasonable so I'd definitely recommend CityStore to others

Moving is always stressful so I was relieved that the team at CityStore took some of that stress away from me. From inviting me in to show me different sized units (I had no idea what size I needed) and using their amazing, magical box-Tetris skills on moving day to help me fit all my stuff in a unit I was convinced was too small, to saying 'hi' or giving me a wave on the numerous occasions I've had to go back to pick up something I've put away and later realised I needed. I highly recommend using them :-)

The gentleman who was in last Sunday morning provided exceptional customer service. I was flustered due to being homeless, however he took time to ensure I understood the process and made sure I was comfortable.

Extremely helpful customer service from both Peter and Dylan; both of them made my temporary storage rental as easy and painless as they could, which was massively appreciated given how stressful moves are (especially mid-pandemic). Would definitely be coming back for any future storage needs, and will be recommending to all my friends and family.
