Michelle was very helpful during the termination of my contract, I felt supported and the process was very smooth.

I was having difficulty getting access to my unit when I was using the app. I went into the office and a member of staff, I believe her name was Michelle helped me to reset my account and double checked to make sure it was working properly before i left. Excellent customer service.
