Best storage place, staff are very helpful. Had problems accessing my unit after they implemented the app, staff member Ian was very helpful. He’s always been like that since day one and so are the other staff members. Would recommend this place

Simply amazing!! We were able to move house and used the storage for March 2025, so just 1 month and £1 for 450 square feet. Sure, we paid extra for a lock (£14.99) and extra for insurance, but it took the stress out of moving everything on the day. The site is secure, spotlessly clean, you can’t beat it! The team at Shurguard Leicester are excellent. Ravi is simply amazing, so helpful and gave us all the relevant information, and even helped me load the van with a tricky item. If you’re thinking of using storage then give Leicester Shurguard a go.

Absolutely brilliant. We used the storage unit for our house move the team were so helpful and amazing. Ravi helped us on our first arrival with some of our items which we thought was very kind and also kept us informed with curtesy calls on our vacate day.

Also Iain has been really helpful mentioned digital access and what it looked like when they first built the centre so great to hear he’s been working for the company for some time.

Thanks so much Ravi and Iian and the rest of the team. We are so thankful.
