I needed a 50sq foot storage unit and tried all the local companies. They all promised they could price match with Shurgard however after sending the quote, they told me they couldn't get anywhere near the Shurgard quotes. I ended up going with Shurgard and the price is real.
First visit was just before closing time on a Thursday but this was no issue, the staff member showed me to the unit, showed me how everything works, answered questions, was very helpful.

Kate and all the team at Lok'Store Gillingham were fantastic. Very knowledgeable, understood my needs, and always friendly.
The self storage is organised very well, it's clean and in a great location. Everything was simple to use and I never worried about access or security.
Moving house is so stressful but genuinely it was (almost) fun using this self storage facility! I'm kind of going to miss running up there and stacking my boxes and furniture.

Rang a very lady called Mel, I wanted some storage and within 10 mins I had my unit with move in date at a very affordable price. Very professional, ould highly recommend.

I vacated my storage locker this morning after 2 and a half years. I can't fault them. The staff were briliant and made everything so easy. They also offer great new joiner discounts. I'll be recommending them to everyone!!!

The team at #LoknStoreGillingham are amazing! All of them went above and beyond to make sure we rented the correctly sized unit and were properly insured. Kind, friendly, and professional, the five members of Gillingham’s Lok’nStore team are an incredible asset to the corporation—and to anyone who needs short- or long-term storage. Oftentimes people need these places during sad times. (I know I’ve needed them in some awful situations.)
