I cannot recommend Shurgard enough, from the moment we arrived (late just before closing) Debbie and Karen put our minds at ease, preparing all the paper work and staying as long as they could so we could move our belongings in!

Jeff was extremely helpful & friendly to my Mum, having offered her an alternative unit at a better price. We popped in on the off chance to look at a unit on the ground floor & ended up moving there & then causing Jeff to leave late but, he didn’t seem to mind at all! I have been using storage at Shurgard Hedge End for several months while my daughter is between flats. Originally I chose this self storage place for the location near to the shops and where we live, however there are many other positives. Staff are all very friendly and walked me through the size of storage units and helped me select the right one. The units are clean and easily accessible with a large loading bay, plenty of trolleys and a goods lift if your unit is on the first floor.

My partner and I are saving for a deposit for a house and while we move back to our parents we decided to get storage as it would be easier for us. We went in to look at some units and Karen was so helpful and kind when we went in, she also reserved a unit for us while we were there. We went in to finalise all the paperwork and Jeff was just so lovely and friendly when we went in to sort it out. When we went to move in stuff on our first day Debbie was there and she was also incredibly friendly.

Great service and at a very affordable cost, Karen was very helpful in explaining the process and costs etc and time wasn’t an object. We were shown 2 units and completed the contract in about 20 mins, units are spacious and clean and there is a lift to the upstairs units so no carrying goods upstairs. Thanks Karen, great service, knowledgable and friendly.

We used Shurgard in Hedge End for 6 months this year while my Uncle was in hospital and his home was being refurbished. Everything was straightforward and access was easy. The staff were always pleasant and helpful, in particular Karen, who could not have done more to make us feel valued customers. This is the 1st time I have used self storage and I would be very confident in doing so again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Shurgard Hedge End.
