Getting set up with a storage unit online was such a quick and simple process! It took all of 5 minutes. Excellent website, follow up emails and instructions etc. We ended up not needing the unit but when I spoke to Jacob (Assistant Manager at the Salford Quays unit) he was super lovely and professional when it came to canceling the booking and refunding our payment. We were only a customer for 24hrs but the service from start to finish in that time was flawless. Should we end up needing to rent a unit again in the future we will 100% be going back to Shurgard.

The only reason I’m giving 5 stars is because of Andy. His professionalism this morning was outstanding—he went above and beyond to make things happen for me today after two stressful weeks of trying to sort this out. Andy truly understands how to get things done. Thank you, Andy! I’m grateful to have had you at the office to help with my rental.

Charges are nominal.i paid around £54 for 5 weeks of storage. Very smooth process and hassle free. Andrew has been very kind and helpful as I lefty keys back in India as well.
