I needed a storage unit urgently and I was met by Sarah who showed me two units and I agreed in the First size unit, I was able to move my stuff in straight away which was a massive relief. Service was amazing and everything was explained so well. I would highly recommend and if you can get Sarah to help then that's even better. Amazing service.

I recently moved into Shurgard and am extremely pleased with the service. I was recommended by a friend from the South London branch, who had a positive experience. Theo and Sarah have been amazing—very patient and helpful. They took the time to show me different unit sizes and provided excellent assistance throughout the process.
Although there are many storage options available in the Basildon area, the professionalism and friendliness of the staff here made my decision an easy one. They provided me with all the necessary information, offered tailored advice on what would best suit my needs, and allowed me the freedom to make my own decision without any pressure.

Theo was amazing at helping me do my booking since I struggled with the website and helped me out with my boxes when I went into store, now moving in Sarah did an amazing job helping me out I even got lost so she went out her way to show me again as I couldn’t figure it out I felt like I was in a maze at first very friendly stuff and helpful, the facilities where very clean overall I’m very happy with everything

Lovely building, always clean and tidy thanks to the staff. The staff members are always ready to help and offer a hand if its ever needed, always smiling and very pleasant. The facilities are always clean, and with the fork lift, pallet trucks and flatbed trolleys it's always easy to move your things around.
