We have used this storage facility twice now, firstly under it's previous owners, and our second time started as lok n store, then changed hands to shurgard. The handover was simple, no complications there. We have always found it clean and tidy, the staff helpful and there are always parking spaces and trolleys available. We had a ground floor unit this time so access was great, previously we were on the first floor. This wasn't a problem though as the lifts are roomy! We would definitely return if the need arose.

Always welcoming and helpful. I wanted to move to a smaller unit space. The team could not have been more helpful and understanding always seeking ways to introduce a more competitive payment structure. A great clean facility too.

Good experience using storage unit. Started as customers when this was Lok n Store, and was transitioned smoothly when Shurgard took over. Fair prices and good customer service. Great location and has been perfect for all our needs.

The price is competitive, the location ideal with easy access, the staff at reception were very polite and helpful, and the storage is secure and clean and plenty of trolleys and a cavernous lift to make moving items into storage a breeze.

Have been a customer with Shurgard since early autumn and the only reason for the delay in me submitting a review is my own lack of organisation. This is a fantastic facility to use if you need to store stuff. Also just want to give a shout out to Wayne and Wayne, who are both excellent and really lovely. Would really recommend. This place came into my life at a time where everything was crumbling around me, and my interactions with this company were like a breath of fresh air. It was all simple to set up, the app is easy to use, and staff are super helpful (and non-judgemental if like me you can't figure out which size storage unit you need!)

Amazing team of passionate people with great customer service from when I’ve walked in on day 1. Wayne, Kevin and Callum were extremely polite, helpful and made our moving experience so much better. I’d highly recommend Shurgard in Ipswich purely because of those guys. Will be recommending this place to ALL my friends who will be in need of storage locations, and I’ll be definitely using them again when moving next time!
