The team here are wonderful. Everything well looked after and nice to have a chat everytime I pop by. Prior to visiting my unit I sorted everything over the phone and via email and the team could not have been more accommodating.

I have been using Shurgard Exeter (formerly LokNstore) for my business storage needs for the past three years, and I couldn’t be happier with the service they provide. The facility is always clean, and I really appreciate that the units are thoroughly cleaned before being handed over to a new customer. The staff are exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help – they even accept parcels on my behalf, which is a huge plus!
The site itself is well-maintained, with ample parking for cars and dedicated loading bays for trucks, making access super convenient. Another great bonus is the free complementary electric charging facility, which is a thoughtful touch for customers. Booking a storage unit is quick and easy online, and the whole process is seamless from start to finish.

The most helpful member of staff! Martyn was absolutely amazing! Positive, friendly and incredibly helpful. The storage containers are perfect with multiple different sizes as you need. The fact you can change the size of your locker at any time is also very good. We had to upsize our locker as we were moving house and this was super easy to do, we just popped into the office were we helped to get a bigger locker no fuss or trouble. We were then shown where our locker was my the jolly Martyn who made sure we were happy before we booked to hire it. Amazing!

Excellent service from the staff in site. I want completely sure of the size unit I wanted, but with great patience and knowledge I was shown all the relevant sized units for what I wanted to store. The Exeter team are a credit to the company.

Very good price for a storage unit, amd though the biggest looks deceptively small, we still had about half the unit empty, despite having a lot to move. Narelle and Martin were very personable and helpful, sympathetic about our trouble with Anyvan (don't use them), and giving us advice and recommendations. They were both great, and after the last few days of hell, it was very touching to have people treat us kindly. Very good service, I would recommend it especially as it is decently priced (making a move across the country possible).

Giorgia was really helpful and made the whole thing really clear and straightforward which I appreciate. They are quite accommodating with lots of options and the prices are competitive. I’ve put my stuff in today and feel good about leaving it there, whole facility is clean and lots of active security cameras which is assuring.

I found the experience with Lok n Store to be very simple, with clear instructions and a flexible format, with such a reduced pricing structure compared to other storage facilities you would be forgiven for expecting a lesser standard of protection but not a bit of it.. I am happy to recommend this facility as it does precisely what it claims, and with a happy and patient staff thrown in, my own contact was often with Georgia who answered all my questions easily and promptly. And my experience with the other staff members was also a pleasing one, all of whom responded well to my individual requirements and in a time sensitive and efficient way.. all in all 5 out of 5 stars for me!
