The team(Paige, Amy, Nikki & Pete )at Bristol/longwell green is fantastic and lovely, always polite, very helpful, we use the storage for work and have brilliant access, from day one, Paige showed us around, where the facilities are etc & is always ready to help where possible, Nikki is cheerful and happy, Amy is bubbly & kind and Pete is intellectual and likes to get to know his customers, keep up the good work,

Very professional and convenient storage. I wish it was open longer on the weekends. Nikki is very friendly and helpful when we wanted to close the unit which was a very quick process.

I was met by a lady named Nikki who was more than willing to help me as I have dealt with her and her team before previously as I was transferring from one unit to another Nikki was very accommodating and sat me through different options and prices before going to show me ones to help make up my mind. Experience was very pleasant and would highly recommend using this service for anyone who needs to free up storage at home or workplace.

Had some great customer service which sorted the issues, big thanks to Paige and her manager (I'm so sorry, I've forgotten your name).for getting it sorted and hearing me out!

Since getting bought out by Shurgard the prices have gone up, the service has gone down and the new app is absolutely shocking. Getting late fees every month because the app will not keep auto-pay live. Errors with every payment method. Looking to leave asap once I've managed to be able to feedback the terrible app design directly.
