We called the helpline number as we were having difficulty entering the correct code to open the entrance gate, we were greeted by a lovely woman named Nikki, who gave us the answers we needed and was polite while doing so. -5 stars to Nikki! She is a credit to the company and as the first human touch point for a new customer gave a really good first impression.

We came into the Bristol branch today and saw Nikki who was very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. She asked about what goods we needed to store and showed us two units to compare the sizes. She explained everything we needed to know and was very helpful. Would highly recommend.

I hired the 100 sq foot unit for my large shipment from overseas. The staff is very helpful, the first month promotion price of 1 pound is a huge bargain. They also have plenty of trollies available to move the stuff around. Highly recommended!!

Have been renting a storage unit at this branch for a while now and used it previously when it was Lok 'N' Store. The team, especially Nikki and Paige, are amazing. Customer service is second to none. Very informative about everything the company has to offer. Best options given to suit you as an individual. Nothing is too much trouble. Friendly, helpful and patient team. Nikki and Paige deserve a special shout out though for going above and beyond. Great service all round. Highly recommended.

I was met by a lady named Nikki who was more than willing to help me as I have dealt with her and her team before previously as I was transferring from one unit to another Nikki was very accommodating and sat me through different options and prices before going to show me ones to help make up my mind. Experience was very pleasant and would highly recommend using this service for anyone who needs to free up storage at home or workplace.
