Recently took on a rental unit. Luke although apparently the newest member of staff was excellent and showed my daughter and I more units than we can remember with a smile and courtesy. The units are excellent, with a warm feel to them, access is excellent so can only say well done to the team at Stevenage as they have all been really helpful this week. Would definitely recommend and £1.00 for the first month is a nice start. 👍🏼👏

My experience with the team at Shurgard Stevenage storage was outstanding, especially Ms. Chelsea, who was very friendly and helpful. She guided me to the perfect unit and made the booking process easy and hassle-free. The facility was clean, secure and well-lit, giving me peace of mind about storing my belongings. The pricing is good compared to other storage options and the location and access hours are convenient. The customer service was excellent! Highly recommend. 👍🏼

I have been a customer for several months now and have always found the management team (Chelsea and Gaby) to be superb; friendly and always available to help and answer questions.

The introduction of the Shurgard phone app to help manage monthly invoices is a big benefit. I am looking forward to being able to access the building (out of hours?) with the app in the future too.

Whole facility is always kept clean and tidy. It is well lit and kept at a good temperature.

It is a massive plus that the team will receive and hold deliveries in your absence.

Overall great team, service and facility.

The team at Stevenage go above and beyond with their customer care. We couldn't fault them. Very professional and efficient but everything was clearly explained. We have stored stuff here for 6 months and every time we've attended the team have been excellent.
