The staff are so helpful and attentive. The place was very easy to find and navigate. I'm especially happy with Chyna for her explaining in detail the necessary things to know and what to expect from the company. The staff clearly make the place more welcoming with their smiles.

Fantastic place , amazing staff , I was looking for storage and the staff were really helpful and found the most ideal storage for my needs. Very competitive prices. Highly recommend and special thanks to Kayleigh, Chyna, Hawa and Alex as they all went out of their way to make sure everythjng was stress free. I just want to say I was treated with the upmost respect by the young lady at the desk at the Luton Lok”n”store self storage her name was cali-lea what a very helpful person in every way so much so one of my sons has had to some of his furniture into store so I’ve told him about Lok”n”store and to see cali-lea. Which he has a storage unit there as from today and is very happy with the service. 🙏👍👍

I recently visited the Luton branch and thankfully dealt with a lovely young lady called Kayleigh, she was an absolute delight to deal with. Although I did give over false details to avoid further continuous calls, she made searching for storage seem effortless, when I do require storage I will 100% be heading to this branch
