I called here as was looking in to storage options. Spoke to a lovely lady called Laura. She was so helpful, broke down all the information for me and didn't rush me once as I repeated questions and asked for things to be repeated to me so I could write everything down. Good customer service can be difficult to come by these days but Laura was superb so thank you.

I called into the office today with my friend and we were so warmly welcomed by Krae and Laura. They were both very professional, helpful, smiled throughout and supportive. They explained everything to us so clearly. Krae too us to the unit, very patiently answered our questions. We left to shop around but returned to book their unit as the experience was different and contributed to us choosing Lokn store today in addition to the value for me.
