10/10 service from Shams at the Chiswick Branch. Really helpful and understanding, made my moving in process a wonderful experience, really helped guide me through it. Very well mannered individual who makes sure customer service is his priority. Would definitely recommend using the Chiswick branch solely for Sham’s etiquette and assistance.

Great storage facility: clean, easy and tech enabled access, high levels of security, good parking for loading/unloading. Support staff on-site (Shams) was incredibly helpful, assertive and friendly.

Brilliant customer service from start to finish, super quick and easy to book at a great cost, easy to find and the storage units are easily accessible, I also love how much space you have for loading and unloading, an absolute win when your storing half your homes content, a lot of privacy and space to do this. Terry is an absolute gem, he was so patient and kind in answering all my questions, he helped me find the right size storage, so very helpful and friendly, you couldn’t ask for better customer service. Highly recommend. .

Shurgard in Herne Hill is the perfect place to have extra storage. Shown around by Farid who explained the app & security which is very easy to use. Everything here is so secure and clean. So happy I found this place. Still deciding on 65ft or 100ft. Prices are very reasonable. Hope to declutter quickly but also not stressed as it’s affordable to keep the unit for a few months whilst we sieve through our clutter !! Highly recommended. Thank you

I very rarely leave reviews, however on this occasion I truly feel I have to. Gareth was so helpful, informative, friendly and just a real nice guy. I can see why Shurgard has him at the front of the office. I real 5 star service. I have worked in the public sector for many years and you can tell Gareth is a people person. If he is not a manager he certainly deserves to be one!
