Moved in today (23rd) and the colleague was fantastic. She was super helpful making the whole experience super easy. The unit was a great size and plenty of trolleys available for use. Great facility and highly recommended.

What can I say…..Went yesterday to look at units, and Holly was amazing!!! So kind and extremely helpful, helped me pick the correct unit for what I am storing, and told me all information very thorough. She was there today when I went to take my items and was so helpful again! She’s a credit to the team so thanks a lot Holly…. You’re a diamond 🫶🏻 My children also loved having a look at our unit as you can see in the photo ❤️

Secure, clean & dry with easy access and use of trolleys and lift to help you get your stuff in & out of storage. Plenty of parking, including right next to the loading bay.

I needed a storage unit urgently and I was met by Sarah who showed me two units and I agreed in the First size unit, I was able to move my stuff in straight away which was a massive relief. Service was amazing and everything was explained so well. I would highly recommend and if you can get Sarah to help then that's even better. Amazing service.

All of staff in Poole have been excellent, particularly Jenny. The storage facilities and different size units are good with varying rates and deals. Access is secure using the app. There is only one door to get your stuff in/out but it fits a large trolley through it so hasn’t been an issue for us. There is only one lift but again there’s not loads of people using it so again no issues.
So far great service, thank you.

Came in today to enquire about storage and the team were really helpful and accomodating to my needs. All three members of staff (Lauren, Cam and Jordan) were able to assist me with any questions I had, showed me the unit and had given me a tour of the building. Didn't make me feel like a number, but more part of an extended family. The storage facility is clean, tidy and close to Tesco as well as other shops. Would happily recommend to anyone who needs storage.
