SHURGARD KENNINGTON is the Best Storage place I’ve ever used and I’ve used a lot of them.

Patrice and Souf who work there are so helpful for a scatter brain like me who forgets the move out date by a few days, to emailing cancellations far later than the allowed deadline, or forgets to put a padlock on his unit and somehow gets stuck in the lift lol
They have helped me time and time again above and beyond the call of their duty so the service is just better than excellent.

I genuinely don’t use anywhere else unless they are full or don’t have the size I need because I know I’ll always be looked after no matter how much I mess up.

I was having problems setting up the Shurgard App on my mobile which is now required at the Ruislip branch in order to access the site and, therefore, my storage. I rang the Customer Service department and spoke to the very friendly and capable Catia who very kindly walked me through the process and quickly spotted where I was going wrong, resulting in a working App and a very happy bunny for a customer. Thank you Catia, if only all businesses had one of you!
