It was so easy to get set up online and then visiting the unit was easy to gain access and get set up. Lovely welcome pack inside the unit. Everything was where it was supposed to be and got set up without a problem. The whole area is very secure and I felt very safe storing my belongings. Trolleys were available to help with my stuff. Unit and facility is so clean and tidy and well looked after. It’s a decent price

I had a situation where I needed a short extension to my storage rental while I was abroad, and Ray took the time to call me personally, explain everything clearly, and understand my circumstances. He was professional, helpful, and genuinely went out of his way to find a solution for me.
Customer service like this is rare and very much appreciated.

Easy experience: extremley helpful and friendly staff in Dover. I have had regular contact to ensure both the setup of the storage and the handing back were problem-free. Admittedly, the special offer of £1 for a month drew me to use the company for storage of my furniture while building work in my property was taking place. The storage was in immaculate condition, dropping off stuff was simple and convenient, and the cheerful staff have made the entire process a pleasure. I would definitely recommend.
