This location has NO ON-SITE help and it’s ridiculous knowing they took over from another company and people would have issues accessing their units.

Absolute disaster. Needed someone to give me access to my unit since and there is nobody working at the location during their official working hours. The phone number left on the door is for an office in Berlin, they provided another phone number that goes straight to voicemail. Shurgard support called directly through the app are very understanding and tried to help but ultimately couldn’t get anyone to the location. I now have all of my belongings locked in a storage location and no way to access them which is beyond ridiculous.
