Première fois que je loue un box de garde-meubles et très contente du service professionnel trouvé ici. Jason a été super, tant au niveau des explications que de sa prévenance. Il a vraiment pris le temps de nous renseigner, de nous montrer les lieux et le box envisagé afin que l'on puisse se faire une meilleure idée de ce que cela représentait comme contenance. Les locaux sont bien conçus : propres, sécurisés, ventilés et certains "chauffés" (10° en hiver). Des chariots sont même mis à disposition pour faliciter le transport des affaires jusqu'au box.
Petit point d'attention qui m'a surprise : le prix des locations (visibles en 1er sur le site web) ne comprend pas tout de suite le prix de l'assurance qu'il est toutefois obligatoire de prendre également (payable tous les mois et calculée en fonction de la valeur totale des objets stockés). Comptez un prix de départ de 16 €/mois supplémentaires pour max 2000€ de valeur stockée (prix décembre 2024). Dommage qu'ils ne le comptent pas d'office, au moins pour l'assurance obligatoire la moins élevée, car cela surprend par rapport au budget mensuel que l'on pensait connaître. Mis à part ce détail administratif, tout s'est vraiment bien passé!

The premises are well designed: clean, secure, ventilated and some "heated" (10° in winter). Trolleys are even made available to facilitate the transport of belongings to the box.
Small point of attention which surprised me: the price of the rentals (visible first on the website) does not immediately include the price of the insurance which it is however obligatory to also take (payable every month and calculated based on the total value of the stored items). Allow for a starting price of an additional €16/month for a maximum of €2,000 of stored value (December 2024 price). It’s a shame that they don’t automatically count it, at least for the lowest compulsory insurance, because it’s surprising compared to the monthly budget that we thought we knew. Apart from this administrative detail, everything went really well!
