Had to move out of level 3 due to building works and didn't want to move out. I was stressed about it and the staff at the Hayes branch were Fabulous as they came up with a solution by giving me a slightly smaller unit , when not units were left. Thanks soo much for clearing my stress for me and reducing my bill in the process. Wonderful thanks.

I visited Shurgard, Hayes on 01 February 2024 as I needed storage space for next week. The customer advisor, Miss Shahtaj went out of the way to explain to me the detailed process and cost of the storage space they rent out. The young lady gave me all the details I wanted to make an informed decision. She was very, very kind and helpful. She exceeded my expectations.

My experience at the Hayes Shrugard was very nice and the receptionists were working together especially AB.He was exceptional and very fast in his work and kindly speaking to us while we were handling our business.

Fantastic storage units at VERY competitive prices for being inside the M25! AB was fantastic; he showed me the size of the unit I'd reserved plus a few others in case I thought I may need more room, and he also took a look at my contents to double check it would fit into the unit I'd reserved.

The photo attached is of a 15 square foot unit, with my sofa partially dismantled fitting perfectly inside it.

Highly recommend anyone who needs storage solutions to check this place out!

I cannot express enough how great of a representative AB is for Shurguard. He supported me with exactly what I was looking for, in a way that suited my budget. From the beginning to upon payment AB was super catering to my predicament & found me the best deal. The unit itself, is great, spacious with enough space for the storage I was looking for.
