The actual storage units could do with repairs throughout because customers are not very careful when it comes to using them or trollies!
The lifts also need looking at as on the ground floor there are two keypads for entering your code, one outside each lift, but only 1 lift 'call' button, which is really annoying when there are more than two persons attempting to use the lift!
All that aside I really must recommend the young lady that works there. Unfortunately, I cannot remember her name, but she is extremely helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and patient and more than willing to lend a helping hand if needed.
I cannot recommend her highly enough nor thank her more for the help she offered me.

The Staff at Suregard Hatch End were always polite and friendly. They talked me through what I might need and showed me a few units before I signed up, which really helped me choose the size unit I required.
I managed to get a month for £1 which was really good, and a deal on the unit I booked, so it was reduced for the following months.
I found it easy to access and was always able to park outside even though the car park is small at this facility, compared to other Suregard warehouses.
I will definitely consider using the facility again.

Recently rented a unit at the harrow location. From initial phone call right through to meeting with the store manager to be shown around I had a great experience. It’s my first time renting a storage unit so naturally I had a lot of questions but the store manager was kind and patient enough to answer my questions, show me around and set me up with all I needed. Highly recommend the Shurgard and especially the Harrow location!

Came in to get some packaging and were welcomed by Phoenix and Klaudyna.
They were happy to show me some unit sizes which was useful as I may need to rent a unit for some house renovations.
Would definitely recommend to a friend as they have very good promotions for the first month and reduced rates depending on when you book the unit.
