Very nice, new storage facility. It feels secure as many measures are in place.

I have just signed the contract yesterday, all good so far. I did a lot of research and at least on a 6 month basis they were the cheapest. Prices will go up after that, but that’s the same for all storages. Kia has shown me different units (all very clean) of the same square footage, but with different layouts to see, which one suits best, which was very helpful. I appreciate the access out of office hours via app, use of which also was explained to me. So, we‘ll just have to see, whether it actually works ;)

Was thoroughly impressed by this facility in Chiswick. The building is new and fitted with the latest technology that allows for convenient self-management and secured storage. The best thing about this location is the customer service. They were friendly, informative and incredibly responsive to queries over email.

While not strictly necessary, I recommend going to see them during staffed hours for first time set up, particularly if you are new to the service. They will set you up properly, show you to the locker and explain everything you need to know.

Thank you to the team at Chiswick for your fanstastic service! I don't hesitate to recommend Chiswick for all your a self storage needs!

From the first minute we felt we were in good hands. Sapna, one of the administrators in the office, was very helpful. She patiently explained the whole process to us and walked us through it all. It is always great to deal with people who are calm, smiling and professional. The space is clean and brand new and the service excellent.

Absolutely amazing team! Shams and Sapna! Coming from a customer service background and providing the best I possibly could for my customers and finally going somewhere and receiving 10/10 service I feel the world is a better place!! Honestly you made our move to easy compared to other units we had (closer to Heathrow - our home) I am so glad we went with you guys! What a massive difference from others! I recommend these guys 100% go there before you to other sales driven storage facilities! We will always remember this experience, thank you Shams and Sapna!

I went to view a storage unit at Shurgard. I was met by a very friendly, helpful Shams. He made me feel at ease immediately and his customer service was exceptional, in contrast to the miserable experience at B&Q the day before. He was exemplary and this is the kind of customer service skills that all establishments should aspire to. Excellent as he went above and beyond to ensure we understood the process and accessibility to the unit.
